About this demo
You're looking at a public demonstration of the denis-health metabolic-tracking platform. Every metric, lab result, food entry, and AI-generated recommendation on this site belongs to a fictional persona, not to any real person.
The persona
Alex Chen — 45-year-old woman, 165 cm, lives in Singapore with her husband Marcus and two kids (Emma, 11; Lucas, 8). Software engineering manager at a fintech startup.
Four months ago, Alex's annual physical came back with HbA1c 9.2 %, fasting glucose 9.4 mmol/L, blood pressure 152/96, LDL 4.8, triglycerides 3.4. Her doctor diagnosed Type 2 diabetes, mild hypertension, dyslipidaemia, and suspected non-alcoholic fatty liver. Her father had died of a heart attack at 58.
Marcus is a clinical nutritionist. They restructured the pantry that weekend. Alex started Metformin and walked thirty minutes every morning for two weeks before she could face the rest. Then Mounjaro. The first 36-hour fast was Day -98 and she calls it "the hangry day." Today, four months in, her HbA1c is 5.9 %, BP 118/76, weight 82 kg (down from 98 kg). She wants to be 65 kg by the time Lucas is in middle school.
What's real, what's not
The data is synthetic — generated deterministically from a seed string by a script you can read in the public repository. The application is real: the same code is running here that powers the live metabolic-tracking platform. AI insights, semantic search, lab extraction, the agent loop — every feature works exactly as it would for a real user.
Visitor activity (writes, AI calls, generated insights) accumulates here through the week. The demo data resets to a fresh 120-day window every Sunday at 03:00 UTC.
Disclaimers
- No medical advice is contained or implied anywhere on this site.
- "Riverside Health Clinic" and "Dr. Mei Lin Tan" are fictional.
- Lab values, doctor letters, and symptom journal entries are hand-crafted to be coherent and physiologically plausible, but they are not based on any real patient.
- AI-generated recommendations on this site are produced by a general-purpose model with no clinical training. Do not act on them.
About the underlying platform
The full system documentation, schema, and source code are open for review. This demo is one Cloudflare Worker pointed at a synthetic D1 dataset; production is the same Worker pointed at one real user's data.
